Made using DK yarn, 4mm needles and 3mm hook

4ply yarn, no ball band, 4mm needles

Yes, I can knit a cardigan and crochet a doggy blanket at the same time.

With Aran and a 5.5mm hook.

It will take longer as I'm using DK yarn and 4.5mm needles. Also garter stitch seems to take longer to 'grow'

than stocking stitch.

Well... After a lot of hard work I finished my first Cardigan.

I used 5mm needles and Aran yarn.

However, I mis-read the pattern and made it a size too small... Never mind, I can lose weight or wear it indoors when winter comes..

I had massive problems trying to sew the sleeves to the armholes, but the following instructions were my saving:

Nearly forgot to mention; I sewed up the sides and length of sleeves in mattress stitch.
